Return Policy
At pablolara.art, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our artworks. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the artwork has arrived damaged, we offer a free return policy within 30 days of receiving the piece.
Return Conditions:
Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the artwork. After this period, returns cannot be accepted.
Reasons for Return: We accept returns if the artwork does not meet your expectations or if it arrived damaged.
Return Process:
Notification: Please contact our customer service team at pablolara.art@gmail.com to inform us of your intention to return the artwork. Provide details of the reason for the return and, in case of damage, include photographs showing the condition of the piece.
Return Shipping: While the return is free, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of shipping the artwork back to our facility. We recommend using a reliable shipping service that offers tracking and insurance.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned artwork, our team will inspect its condition. If the piece is in its original condition, we will process a full refund of the purchase price within 15 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
Customized Artwork: Customized or commissioned pieces are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damage Due to Improper Handling: We cannot accept returns of artworks that have been damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
